- Stayed at KPTM Bangi hall for the whole day to distribute BB1M and KADS1M to all UiTM students and Coventry students.

- Stayed at KPTM Bangi hall for the whole day to distribute BB1M and KADS1M to all KPTM Bangi Homegrown students.
- Went to HEP to help the staffs continue distribute that particular stuff to the students.

Thursday (28/2/2013)

- Meeting with all the executives and staffs to discuss about 5S and how to handle and clear things out at file room.
- Cleaned and put unnecessary things out of file room.
- Continue to do 5S and file room and cleaned unnecessary things.

Week 8

- Prepared things for AB101 students subject validation at main academic lobby.
- Stays at lobby to handle the validation subject.

- Prepared things for AB101 students subject validation at main academic lobby.
- Stays at lobby to handle the validation subject.

- Prepared things for AA101 students subject validation at main academic lobby.
- Stays at lobby to handle the validation subject.

- Sorting the add and drop subjects for KPTM Homegrown students that on P1 status.
- Filing add and drop subjects for P1 status students.
- Updating students information on CMS.
- Typed the validation letter for students.

Friday (15/2/2013)

- Went to academic department to sent some letters.
- Took in charge at the front counter.
- Helped the staffs preparing things for next week validation subjects at main academic lobby.

Week 6

Monday (4/2/2013)

- Printed out the attachment for add and drop subjects.
- Continued to do the add and drop subjects for KPTM Homegrown students.

Tuesday (5/2/2013)

- Copying the attachment for the add and drop subjects for KPTM Homegrown students.
- Meeting with the executives and other staffs regarding Conventry students registration day.

Wednesday (6/2/2013)

- Did some filing and add and drop subjects for KPTM Homegrown students.
- Updating students information on their file and at CMS.
- Went to file room to search for students file.

- Went to the administration department to send and get a few letters to be signed.
- Did the add and drop subjects for AA101 students from part 1 until part 5.

Tuesday (22/1/2013)

- Printed out the PPS slip for AA101 students and attached it to their add and drop subjects form.
- Went to academic block to get a letter for Puan Jamilah.
- Went to file room to take some students' files.
- Printed out the attachment for the add and drop subjects form for students.

Wednesday (23/1/2013)

- Continue the add and drop subjects for KPTM Homegrown students.
- Printed out the attachment for the add and drop subjects form.
- Prepared the validation letters for students.

Thursday (24/1/2013)

- Continue to do the add and drop subjects for KPTM Homegrown students.
- Typed the student validation letter for the students who asks for it.

Week 3

Monday (14/1/2013)

- Got the username and password of CMS for staffs to help the staff do add and drop subjects for UiTM students.
- Did the add and drop subjects for UiTM students part 2.
- Learned how to write student validation letter using Microsoft Word 2007.

Tuesday (15/1/2013)

- Did the add and drop subjects for UiTM students part 3.
- Went to file room to find some students file.
- Printed out the add and drop paper and attached it to the subject validation paper for UiTM students.

Wednesday (16/1/2013)

- Did the add and drop subjects for UiTM students part 4.
- Typed the letter of students validation for the students who asks for it.
- Printed out and attach the add and drop paper to the subject validation paper for UiTM students.

Thursday (17/1/2013)

- Did the PPS (Pre-Registration Subject) for UiTM students using CMS according to their add and drop subjects form.
- Printed out and attached the PPS to the subject validation paper for the UiTM students.

Friday (18/1/2013)

- Did the PPS for UiTM students using CMS according to their add and drop subjects form.
- Printed the PPS out and attached it to the subject validation paper for the UiTM students.
- Sorted the PPS and subject validation paper for UiTM students after attached it together.

Week 2

Monday (7/1/2013)

- Sorted out UiTM students subject validation for the whole day.
- Take over the front counter to entertain students that came in to ask any information about registration process and other stuff.

Tuesday (8/1/2013)

- Helped Admissions and Records Division staffs to handle the registration day for the new and fresh students for the whole day.

Wednesday (9/1/2013)

- Helped Admissions and Records Division staffs to handle the registration day for the new and fresh students for the whole day.

- First day for internship at Admission and Records Division in KPTM Bangi. Introduced myself to the staff and my task was to help them.
- Sorted out UiTM students subject validation paper.
- Went to the file room to find students personal detail and information.
- Took over the front counter and entertain the students that want to ask questions about registration process.

- Photostat some information on students using the photostat machine.
- Took over the front counter and entertain students' question about registration process.

Friday (4/1/2013)

- Sorted out UiTM students subject validation.
- Went to file room to take some student file contains that student information.
- Photostat letters for students and the staff at Admission and Records Division.
